Welcome to the Johns Hopkins University & Health System Contract Management System.

The Design & Construction (D&C) departments of the Johns Hopkins University & Health System are pleased to offer our consultants and contractors convenient access to our web-based system for tracking the utilization of firms on our projects. This system facilitates the tracking of subcontractor, subconsultant, and supplier awards and payments at any tier.

This system is accessible to all firms doing business with the Johns Hopkins University & Health System D&C departments.

HOW FIRM UTILIZATION (AWARDS AND PAYMENTS) & REPORTING WORKS:

For Consultants and Contractors:

Monthly Reporting. You will receive monthly reporting notices by email.
Log In & Report. Click on the link provided in the email to log in, then enter payments made to subconsultants, subcontractors, and suppliers (at any tier).

For Subconsultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers:

Payment Notification. Once the consultant and/or general contractor reports that a payment has been made, you will receive an email notice.
Confirm Payment. Click on the link provided in the email to log in, then confirm that the payment reported by the consultant and/or general contractor has been received.

Additional Benefits

Automated Communication. Receive automated email communications regarding subconsultant, subcontractor, and supplier awards and payments.
Streamlined Registration. Access streamlined online vendor registration for any firms that have done business, or are interested in doing business, with the Johns Hopkins D&C departments.

Getting Started with B2Gnow:

Email Instructions. An email with detailed instructions will be sent to consultants and contractors when online reporting commences.
Contact Project Manager. For awarded consultants and contractors, please also contact the Owner’s project manager for your project. They will connect you with the Owner point of contact for B2Gnow training and information.

Account Lookup. Before reporting begins, you can determine if an account has been set up for your company by using the Account Lookup option on our website at https://hopkinslocal.gob2g.com/.
